Star Lotulelei flashes dominance and is rising, but he can also be inconsistent.

Its been a few months since I last updated my Big Board and a lot has changed since my last update. Now that all of the underclassmen have declared, it makes analyzing this year's class much easier.

One of the most interesting developments on my Big Board is that Alabama guard Chance Warmack has moved into the top spot and has solidified himself as the No. 1 prospect in this year's draft. However, it remains to be seen if an interior offensive lineman could ultimately become the top pick in the draft.

Through my evaluations so far, Warmack is the most dominant prospect in the 2013 NFL Draft, but things can change and they most likely will, especially since the draft process has just kicked off.

For now, here's how I rank the top 25 draft-eligible prospects.
